Hi, I'm Rishika. I’m a naturally curious designer who has always been drawn to how things work and, more importantly, how they feel to use. I'm an empath, and helping people gives me a genuine sense of happiness.

I started my career as a designer, spent some time working on front end development, and eventually found my way back to design. Along the way, I pursued Master’s in Human Computer Interaction, where I deepened my focus on accessibility, equity, and designing technology that truly supports people. I’ve worked across enterprise platforms, hiring systems, healthcare, security and 
AI startup, designing & developing high impact web and mobile experiences.

Besides this, I love to doodle to give my mind a break from the screen, and I also find my reset button on a yoga mat. I believe the best work comes from balance, caring deeply about craft, people, and impact, while staying curious, grounded, and a little playful along the way.
