Jan 2016 – Jan 2018 | San Jose, CA I led research based process improvements to improve assembly line efficiency, reduce overtime hours, and improve manufacturing processes. The multiple projects and lean initiative I managed strengthend and increased business with clients. I provided engineering support to production teams by reviewing and creating drawings, MPIs, and BOMs enabling them to do their jobs more effectively and efficiently. ### Student Staff @ UC Davis Campus Recreation and Unions Jan 2014 – Jan 2016 | Davis, CA During my time at Event Services my primary responsibilities were to prepare event sites per client specifications and oversee the general comfort, cleanliness, and safety of the event. This also included troubleshooting AV equipment and securing and storing department equipment. ### Frito Lay Supply Chain Intern @ PepsiCo Jan 2015 – Jan 2015 | Modesto, California I reduced the backlog of maintenance activity by streamlining 440 preventative maintenance procedures based on the findings of my initial research. This project served as model for other Frito Lay plants after I presented results to senior management at company headquarters in Dallas.
