Dropbox Dash (Oct 2024 – present): Tech lead for Dash Conversational AI platform. Currently helping build real time, responsive AI-driven experiences at scale for Dash, Dropbox’s new universal search engine and assistant, positioned to drive the company’s next wave of AI-led productivity tools.
Office of the CEO (Jan ‘22 – Oct ‘24): Founding engineer for 3 different early stage products within Dropbox’s internal incubator, exploring AI driven productivity tools in calendar, project management, and meetings spaces.

• Led Checkr Core engineering team responsible for retrieving and processing criminal background check data. Worked closely with legal, CS, internal ops, and external customers to ensure that Checkr's criminal screening product was compliant, accurate, and fair for applicants.
• Worked with recruiting team to launch Checkr's first summer internship program. Also worked on engineering hiring processes and interviewer calibration.

• Worked on all layers of the Dropbox desktop client, from the installer to UI to the networking layer.
• Tech Lead for a year-long project, leading a team of 4-8 engineers, to allow a single Dropbox process
to support multiple logged in users. Completely rewrote critical code to authenticate and maintain
user state. Designed and built a clean interface for core file sync logic.
• Hiring & Talent: Worked closely with recruiting on hiring decisions and specialized interview loops.
Worked with HR to define level bands for the engineering org and requirements for promotion.

• Worked across the Cafe World game stack, from server side PHP and database management to client side Javascript. Designed and developed a new game quest mechanic that broke the game record for daily user engagement and revenue.
• Led knowledge transfer of Cafe World game stack to the Zynga India team.

• Worked on Radio Interface Layer drivers for the Windows Phone "Mango" release, supporting the interface layer between Microsoft's mobile operating system and platform-agnostic Qualcomm hardware teams.
