As an accomplished ex-entrepreneur with adept enterprise sales knowledge, I also built my own GTM funnel and closed several $80k-$200k deals with complex deal structures.

Built a customer success process to maximize customer ROI and scale account spend post sale. Implemented it across Glencoco’s enterprise customers.

I serve as a member of the University of Utah - College of Social Work community advisory board where I aim to lend my expertise in UX and user behavior to drive better user experiences for the College of Social Work's students.

I create innovative tools and models to implement big data analytics in usability testing video data to extract valuable qualitative insights about your UI. I aim to dispel the dogma that categorizes usability testing as a purely data collection activity.

Here are some of the things I have accomplished in my time at TryMyUI:

1. Successfully grown a bootstrapped business from $70k/yr in revenue to over $1M ARR in under 5 years.

2. Invented a unique quantitative model to measure the adoption likelihood of new applications.

3. Built a best-in-class usability testing tool that can accurately collect quantitative user research insights from any cross platform digital product.

4. Spoke at SXSW in front of over 500+ Industry experts about Big Data insights from E-commerce UX.

5. Run the RE:Design/Growth podcast (17 episodes and counting) where I interview Product Leaders in the industry about how they view the relationship between design and growth.

Work with the Lucas Graduate School of Business as the Global Entrepreneur in Residence.

Provide workshops, resources and guest lectures to SJSU entrepreneurship majors.

Mentored over 20 student startups, 4 of which have successfully raised seed funding.

Created models for collecting data on Occurent User Behaviour to foster innovation in UX.

I set up and ran numerous studies to measure the usability of different parts of the Ideascale platform and used the insights from those studies to suggest changes to the product design and even reworks to whole product features.
