•Supporting global, human-centered consumer flows while aligning with cross-functional stakeholders, enhancing usability and maintaining consistency across multi - platform Support Experiences (iOS, macOS, and Web) with a high bar for craft and meticulous organization.
•Instrumental in shipping the AppleCare One purchase flow — a high impact global feature (0→1 launch) enabling customers to purchase affordable, bundled coverage. Produced detail-intense product deliverables like mockups, interaction states, dev handoff, design system enhancement and led thorough QA through release - partnering cross-functionally with PMs, Engineering, Content, and Policy teams over 2 years. Used high-fidelity prototyping to de-risk key decisions early, validate edge cases and state logic.
•Established scalable UX foundations—patterns, templates, and documentation into a Centralized Design System to improve cross-surface consistency. Built and maintained DS artifacts, component libraries and fully configurable Sketch templates for key UI patterns to reduce design debt as well as minimize handoff challenges by increasing implementation clarity.
•Fostered trusting relationships with over 15 cross functional partners such as User Research, PMs, Dev teams, Content Strategists, Legal, etc to deliver various projects like Geo Expansion flows, Support Article structure and Component DS guidelines.
