Transitioned to a Product Design Role. Launched an AI-powered feature allowing customers to swipe to remove clutter from home photos. Wrote and designed an expanded customer dashboard to support customers who use Opendoor's listing product.

Promoted to Staff Content Designer. Led Content Design for the retail (buyer) business and marketplace. Developed prototypes and ran user testing sessions with customers to determine their efficacy. Trained content designers to use Figma and Framer. Co-patented a novel method of displaying Opendoor exclusive inventory alongside MLS listings.

Tapped to work as the first Content Designer on the seller side of the business. Supported mission-critical initiatives that shape the way Opendoor customers receive their cash offer, and helped launched new services like List with Opendoor and Marketplace.

First content hire. Created the company's first content style guide, and led content for in-product and marketing initiatives including a homepage redesign, paid ads creative, and seller onboarding.
