- Lead development of edge-based "track" C++ software module using OpenCV and state estimation techniques. System used monocular camera and aircraft state to localize and follow ground targets using only vision.

-  Developed custom acoustic sensing hardware from prototype stage through volume production, ranging from 3D printed one-off pieces to high volume injection molded hardware.
-  Worked closely with EE team to design a compute module PCBA and enclosure with highly constrained size, weight, weather and thermal requirements. Setup production line for PCBA assembly. 
-  Supported mechanical testing work, including developing custom electro-mechanical testing hardware where COTS equipment wasn't available
-  Setup an electrical prototyping space & helped maintained the machine shop
-  Purchased & personally refurbished a South Bend 14" lathe to expand machine shop capabilities.
