I have quickly moved my way up from an academically-focused programmer to an open-problem-solving software engineer. I have been lucky enough to have managers at Transfix that have sought to help me reach my career goals and have thus given me growing challenges as time has gone on. I have proactively sought to learn new skills and frameworks, picking up frontend skills along the way. I can wrestle with very complex product requirements as much as I can stitch together extensive technical architecture.
