The Cloud platform helps developers access the tools and services needed to participate in the web3 ecosystem. ### Head of Design, Square Developer @ Square Jan 2017 – Jan 2022 | San Francisco, California Joined as the first designer for the Developer platform organization, and built the design team responsible for the Square Developer platform experience. The product design team was responsible for all facets of the developer experience (logged-in console, documentation, API testing tools, payments SDKs). Built a brand design team to own assets for attracting developers and engaging them with unique content (marketing pages, social channels, video series). Helped drive developer acquisition and retention in the early years of the developer platform at Square, responsible for driving a large portion of Square’s online payments revenue. Led the design strategy & vision for Square’s risk management suite, as a staff designer. Risk tools help sellers better understand who their customers, what level of risk may be associated with customer payments, and allows sellers to build automation to either allow or avoid specific payment patterns. ### Head of Design @ Le Tote Jan 2016 – Jan 2017 | San Francisco Built and led the product design team to support the UX and UI evolution of the Le Tote mobile app and website. Le Tote allowed customers to rent the latest fashion trends and get recommended styles and cuts that fit them. Built and led a marketing design team and managed the photography design team in support of both product and marketing. ### Product Design Director @ Say Media Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 | San Francisco Bay Area Built and led the product design team in support of the Tempest publishing platform. Tempest was a platform as a service product allowing editorial publishers to focus on their content without worrying about the tech stack underneath. The platform combined content design, content management, front-page layout, and advertising into a singular front and back-end experience that pleased publishers, advertisers and readers alike. ### Design Director @ Odopod (Merged with Nurun) Jan 2009 – Jan 2015 At the design studio previously know as Odopod, defined and cultivated the interaction design discipline while leading some of the studio's highest-priority projects for Fortune 500 companies.
