Lead designer for the company's Debt Relief product, working with engineering and product management partners under the digital product organization.

We conducted a multitude of experiments and user tests to optimize and deliver the best end-to-end experience for people looking to solve their debt problems using the Freedom Debt Relief program. This involves solving digital solutions from the beginning of their debt relief journey all the way until their debt's resolution and further financial management.

I managed a small design team of 4 including an art director, a UX researcher-designer, and a data staff where we improved the team’s design process and design operations to industry standards and best practice. I also mentored and trained design team members

I lead select projects in the company’s roster of digital products. Together with a small team, we developed empathy through different user research methodologies (user interviews, ethnographic research, usability tests). We discovered and explored the problem space by following the design thinking process.

As an individual contributor, I created design deliverables by producing low and high fidelity compositions, style guides, production specifications, and optimized assets in accordance to best practice and platform-specific human-interface guidelines.

I also developed rapid prototypes using Flinto and Invision and developed responsive web prototypes using HTML, CSS, Javascript frameworks like Bootstrap.

On the side, I helped our leadership team to Improve the design process and operations to industry standards and best practice.

Together with a lean and amazing team, we worked on a promising social media app for the younger generation to have a safe and happy community to express themselves.

I design the flagship app "Shots" as well as other innovative products within the company. I defined the visual styles and the user experience including the user flows, interactions and sometimes copy. We conducted several user tests and gathered integral user feedback from key users.
