Responsible for the ideation, communication, and development of AI LLM features for ZenGRC and ZenGRC Pro.

Working with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to determine optimal AI solutions to business needs and then implementing in the ZenGRC Pro platform.

Designing and implementing user-facing AI features, such as our AI Control Assessments feature, using a combination of multimodal language models and dynamic context management.

Negotiating, owning, and implementing full-stack feature development for the ZenGRC Pro platform.

Developed public-facing AI features, including a RAG-based LLM help assistant, using our ZenGRC knowledge-base articles to answer arbitrary user questions with real-time streamed responses.

Frontend development lead on Reciprocity's next-gen GRC SaaS platform. Cross-team collaboration with product and design teams to generate deliverables. Responsible for decomposing milestones into tasks, prioritizing and distributing work, and collaborating on execution with engineering team members across the company.

Collaborated closely with product and design partners to drive revamped enrollment platform over the line, as well as pave the way for upcoming feature work.

Extending, maintaining, and improving our "back-of-the-frontend" SDK library used across our internal and external clients. Extensive work in modern (ES6+) JavaScript and TypeScript, with Redux for state management, React for reusable components, and WebRTC for stream handling. Interaction w/ backends over WAMP (the WebSocket protocol) and GraphQL.
