• Designed and implemented a microservice which tracks application usage events. Integrated the service with Snowflake and Pendo to streamline data pipeline creation, enabling internal data science teams to cut down at least 50% of time spent generating weekly and monthly usage reports to stakeholders.
• Owned projects end-to-end including 20 backend microservices for the Zepl SaaS product acquired by DataRobot. Knowledgeable in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of modern scalable and distributed Web Applications from design, implementation, and testing to deployment, release, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills. Cross functional team collaboration with stakeholders, product, frontend, devops, and other teams. Followed agile methodologies in an agile team.
• Provided guidance to new hires and junior engineers. Created plans for junior engineers which cover high-level understanding of the entire system and detailed instruction for building microservices.

• Designed, built, tested, deployed, and maintained over 20 backend data-driven microservices for Zepl SaaS across different Software domains (Authentication, Execution, Storage, Billing, Data Analytics).
• Implemented scalable authentication workflow to support over 30,000 users. Provided Single Sign-On capabilities with Google, Okta, Auth0, and AzureAD (using OpenID Connect, OAuth2, SAML 2.0 protocols). Customers were able to authenticate smoothly and securely throughout the application, which was critical to the company’s product-led growth strategy as it allowed secure sign-ups of over 10,000 new users.
• Designed and implemented a Job Scheduler microservice which schedules notebooks to run at given intervals. The total number of runs grew by 250%, directly impacting the company’s bottom line. This automated run feature is used in over 80% of the total runs.
