# Rob Stone > Product Design Lead Location: Seattle, Washington, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/robstone Hey, I’m Rob, a Seattle-based interaction designer that excels at merging the functional with the delightful. I’ve loved crafting things ever since I was a kid building swords in my dad’s woodworking shop. Now, I’m drawn to digital design because of the ever evolving nature of the products. This constant iteration makes the work feel alive and keeps me learning, thinking and exploring. Because of my motion graphics background, I view all my work as kinetic, knowing that digital products today can’t be static. For this reason I think of empathy as not just designing for the user’s needs but also considering the touchpoints where my work can bring up all those warm fuzzy feelings. If I’m not at a computer you’ll find me biking, Playing disc golf, or home brewing a new experimental beer. I’ve also been searching for America’s best fish tacos, suggestions requested! ## Work Experience ### UX Design Lead @ Griple Jan 2023 – Present | Seattle, Washington, United States ### Senior UX Product Designer @ ProbablyMonsters Jan 2022 – Jan 2023 | Seattle, Washington, United States UX advocate across studios.
