Joined as early member for FB’s first distributed office. Led growth for NY Engineering & Product org from ~7 people to over ~250+. Led similar early growth for FB’s London office. Scaling Facebook from ~3,000 to ~12,000 employees.

Leading the Talent division, focused on growth strategy for world class clients which include Facebook, Two Sigma Investments, D.E. Shaw, and Bridgewater Associates.
