Built and led the payment gateway product at Cashfree. Built the infrastructure from scratch, driving $100M in annual revenue and securing one of India's first Payment Aggregator licenses. 

I got to work through changing regulations, build things from the ground up, and help scale infrastructure that now serves thousands of businesses across India.

Building teams from zero was another highlight—learning to lead, mentor, and create structure where none existed before.
