Working in Dr. David Braun's lab on large-scale analysis of datasets sourced from patient tumor samples. Performing translational research aimed at using computational techniques to discover markers for cancer treatment response across subtypes, with a particular focus on immunology and kidney cancer (RCC).

Working in Dr. Mark Gerstein's lab on large-scale computational genomics-based approaches to understand and identify the genetic and epigenetic mechanisms of cancer and neuropsychiatric disorders, using tools and techniques from mathematics, data science, and computer science.

Currently investigating sex-specific effects in neuropsychiatric disorders using new single-cell brain tissue data and statistical modeling. Independently write code, perform analyses, create figures, and present work to peers; multiple journal and conference papers in preparation.

Core developer on small team, creating Yale's primary course catalog web platform used by thousands of students; work individually and in collaboration with others to maintain existing code and roll out new features while optimizing for efficiency and user experience.

Tutoring students in computer science and programming, and competitive mathematics using an interactive, hands-on approach and methods.

Work on Decision Science team developing and validating statistical and deep learning models for patient selection, utilizing genomic data and real-world evidence.
