As the organization’s head of design, I was the leading advocate for user-centered product design. I designed the vision and established the foundation of a network-based platform, helping secure its Series A funding and subsequent investments. I was at the forefront of the platform’s evolution, successfully launching its many capabilities to market and securing enterprise customers that generated millions in ARR.
I was a core stakeholder in the product, design, and engineering department, comprising 20-25 individual contributors. I collaborated with the executive leaders to define product direction, strategy, and development with design-thinking practices and techniques. I led user research practices and methods to provide insights into product direction and prioritization. I built, led, and managed a team of designers distributed across all product verticals. Additionally, I partnered with the rest of the organization, including go-to-market leaders and individuals across sales, customer success, customer support, and marketing.
