incident.io is an incident management platform that helps companies when things go wrong. Whether they're site outages, data breaches, or functionality issues, incidents happen literally all the time. When they do, we help get the right people in the room, we run and communicate how you're responding, and we give you a suite of tools and insights to learn and improve over time.

First engineering hire at a startup in the Dark Kitchen industry.

As part of my role I helped with:

• Backend engineering: Data ingestion, API integrations and backend feature development in TypeScript

• Data infrastructure: ELT pipelines from numerous sources internal and external (Airbyte, Fivetran, Custom Built), orchestration of data ingestion / transformation, transforming our raw ingested data (dbt, DAG based workflows, SQL), managing our data warehouse and building dashboards.

Full stack engineering & DevOps / platform engineering including a large replatforming project from ECS on EC2 to ECS Fargate for gov.uk/pay, the inbound payments service for central and local government.

As part of my role I also helped with operating Pay's infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
