-Designed the end-to-end product of an innovative AI startup that engages the user in Socratic questioning and helps people solve problems from a first principals approach. 
-Led a team of 4 designers and cross functionally worked with the CTO, ML engineers, AI researchers, and board members to launch the product on a tight 8 week timeframe.
-The way an AI behaves, and the way users interact with AI are both fundamentally UX problems. I help Curiouser think outside the box when tackling these problems. (Exploring alternatives to the chat interface i.e whiteboards, audio, and mind mapping)
-Crafted investor pitch decks, sales and marketing approaches, and social media presence.

### Founding Product Designer @ SoulCode

SoulCode is reimagining content creation with AI agents. Startup designer in charge of the end-to-end design process, from UX planning and testing to UI visual design and company branding. Designed an agentic experience that helps B2B and B2C users optimize and streamline their content creation process.

-Rolling the minimum viable product (MVP) out to over 500+ wait listed users.
-Improved SoulCode's frontend UX and product development strategy based on industry standards and best practices within 4 weeks.
-Iteratively test and refine the product using A/B testing, defining KPI's, and using analytical tools in close collaboration with the company founder and developers. 
-Research, discovery, and design for self-service platform requirements.

Designer for an innovative mobile application that is one of the first services to enable debit card usability for customers shopping at AYR Wellness dispensaries. Undertake all tasks of the design process, from research to high fidelity prototypes.

-Designed a payment app interface with a focus on eliminating fees for debit card transactions.
-Work in close collaboration with product managers, developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
-Increased product validity to stakeholders by advocating for user testing and research to be incorporated into the product development process.

### Research Assistant @ University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
Jan 2018 – Jan 2022
Researcher for the Wildlife Veterinary Epidemiology BSL-2 Laboratory at The University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Gathered data and samples with a lab team to determine prevalence and management protocols for Chronic Wasting Disease in white-tailed deer populations. 

-Conducted an independent research study on shedding of viral and bacterial diseases in raccoon, opossum, and river otter populations in Illinois.
-Lab tasks included processing and handling over 9,000 tissue samples, DNA isolation using qPCR methods, and wildlife necropsy.

### Veterinary Assistant @ VCA Animal Hospitals
Jan 2017 – Jan 2017
Assisted in companion animal care, physical examinations, client education about pre and post operative procedures, and client services.   

-Administered canine and feline core vaccines weekly to patients and interact with clients regarding vaccination information and risks.
-Assisted in spay/neuter procedures on companion animals in surgery.
-Recorded vital signs and observations throughout the postoperative period.
