• Integrated AI Copilot experiences to enhance user engagement and simplify complex financial decision-making on support.

• Led the design team in building a comprehensive Learning Center with an open library, offering clear and accessible answers to all trading and finance-related queries.

• Worked with Everledger to find out UX problems in their existing products and documenting them, along with restructuring their figma files and maintaining them.
