Conducted qualitative user research (30+ participant user survey, 1-on-1 interviews, 30-50+ participant usability workshops) and quantitative research (digital analytics) for improving customer lifecycle and retention.

Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) Outreach

Drove initiative to promote digital fluency by teaching young girls how to code through web and mobile app design and development for Women in Technology workshops.

Led cross-functional 80+ volunteer team to create educational content, gather feedback, and iterate based on user needs.

Recruited and Trained volunteers in basic web and mobile app programming, so they can comfortably and confidently help students troubleshoot and debug code.

Piloted 3-hour workshops at 5+ local schools and organizations during 2013-14 academic year

Conducted interviews with HR Leaders in Spanish to understand current employee policies and processes across IBM Latin America and provided English-Spanish translations of findings.
