Hired to build and lead a global team for the HoloLens product development organization which shipped the world’s first head mounted self-contained holographic computer. Team created is responsible for design and development of HoloLens, HoloLen2, and IVAS Department of Defense (DOD) programs.

Built and led the product development organization which delivered affordable solar-powered solutions to two billion people in the developing world without access to reliable energy. The team’s efforts resulted in selling over 20 million solar light and power products in 70 countries which improved the lives of over 100 million people.
