I advise fintech, data, and wellness startups on design systems, early product foundations, and UX strategy. I help teams find rhythm in ambiguity, structure their design decisions, and build from prototype to repeatable practice.

I led two UX teams at VMware: one supporting the Telco Cloud product portfolio, and the other supporting platform services used by our internal developer community. Together, we built pattern libraries, improved design velocity, and helped cross-functional teams move with more consistency and confidence. I also helped sustain team cohesion through significant organizational transition.

Led the design of VMware’s Telco Cloud Service Assurance platform — including architecture for observability, alerts, audit logs, and performance dashboards. Worked closely with product and engineering to introduce scalable design patterns and unify cross-surface experiences.

Established and scaled the OCI UX Review Board, providing cross-team feedback and implementation support to product teams. Partnered with executives and engineers to align system patterns with evolving product and platform goals.

Led design for enterprise analytics and career mobility products. Contributed to foundational frameworks across Oracle HCM and ERP. Mentored designers, clarified team roles, and helped connect user needs to platform strategy.
