Sole UI/UX designer on Lightform’s new product initiative to bring Projected AR to a new customer base and design from zero to beta.

Led UX design and worked with clients direclty for multiple major accounts at Viscira, a full-service agency for the life science industry, including top pharma companies such as GSK, Eli Lilly, and Genentech.

UX lead on an educational HoloLens AR program for a biotech client (a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson) about a rare heart disease, that increased efficiency when training new hires and successfully built employee empathy towards patients and caregivers from day 1. The project resulted in strengthening client relationships and brought organic business growth for the agency. Work closely with developers and the animation team to define the end-to-end flow and establish XR project process, documentation, and best practices. Actual user quote: “We have learned about the heart through text and PowerPoint, but this was a much more interactive and dynamic instruction. I was better able to understand exactly how the heart functions and the stress put on the heart with this disease.”
