• Proposed and executed end-to-end design process from Expired State, Restart Modal, to In-App-Purchase flow.

• Revamped the Settings Experience to streamline the navigation and content communication. Rapidly iterated concepts and delivered hi-fi prototypes.

• Built a responsive framework for Search that scaled across TV, Tablet, Mobile devices and accommodated across Android, iOS, tvOS, and Roku platforms.

• Optimized the Recording flow by simplifying the scheduling process and providing clear visual feedback.

• Refined the Sling TV Design Guideline, UI & Interaction Patterns, and Assets Library with my mentor for TV, tablet, and mobile platforms.

• Assist 20 undergraduates with user research, design concepts, prototypes, and strategies for Sustainability in HCI design projects.

• Co-lead class discussions, evaluate students’ participation and performance, and give detailed feedback.

• Lead a user-centered research project on the exploration of domestic robot design with baby boomers. Conducted 4 contextual inquiries and 6 participatory design sessions with local seniors to empathize with users.

• Synthesized qualitative research data to uncover pattern and identify key issues. Co-worked with a PhD mentor to complete a paper as the first author.
