Head of product design, user research, and content strategy for web and mobile platforms. As part of the Chief Product Officer's staff I set UX strategy and vision for all LifeLock products. I believe the best way to embrace new technology is to immerse oneself in it — I'm building LifeLock's Alexa skills app. VUIs present a unique challenge for security products.
• Lead and manage a team of five designers, content strategist and user researcher.
• Conducted first 90-day member experience research to identify opportunities and gaps and presented actionable insights to the business to improve overall product experience.
• Created first ever design patterns library for web and mobile platforms at LifeLock. Partnered with engineering to build reusable design components that led to developer efficiencies and time savings.
• Established best practices for content strategy and user research that led to increased design quality and user focus.
• Collaborated extensively with marketing to unify LifeLock's design language to be consistent with brand guidelines and provide a seamless experience across channels.
• Responsible for all day-to-day responsibilities, including hiring, performance evaluation, design quality and management, team mentorship/guidance.
