As the product design lead, I lead the design team to deliver end-to-end solutions that solve for PicnicHealth’s business problems. I establish design practices with a goal to foster effective communication and cross-functional collaboration within the company.

As the second designer on the team, I own the design of PicnicHealth’s internal products. Besides designing, I am passionate in shaping and sharing the company’s design culture.
