The feature received positive feedback during the follow-up rapid prototyping and user tests. • Project II: Interviewed 15 frequent users of Fulcrum Labs’ content management system and proposed changes to improve the usability of the CMS. Created wireframes and collaborated with engineer and design teams to implement the changes.
