-Orchestrated all diners' shopping journey and experience on mobile App and responsive web.
-Led the smart ordering responsive web design from 0-1 for dine-in experience.
-Led the dish detail page revamp and helped the conversion rate increase by 15%.
-Revamped the homepage and created a better food discovery experience.
-Revamped the new user onboarding experience, including food preference screening and interface tutorial. Better display the restaurant ranking on the home page. decrease the new user drop-off rate from 30% to 17%.
-Led the design of Chowbus's subscription and loyalty program - Chowbus Plus.
-Co-curated the design system and library.
