Worked on a low latency fixed-income auto-quote gateway to streamline fixed-income trading workflows including RFQ (Request for Quote), RFM (Request for Market), cross-trade, and benchmark pricing. Provided support for asset classes including U.S. Treasury and Canadian government bonds.

• Rebuild and migrate a Python pre-processing data pipeline from SAS high-performance cluster to AWS for housing loan market prediction.

• Built an automatic testing pipeline using Python Behave.

• Responsible for the migration of an in-house application from PBS high-performance cluster to AWS.

• Led the design and development of a customized depth-first search algorithm to build dependency graphs.

• Developed software and visualizations for primate Next-gen sequencing DNA analysis in autism related loci.

• Developed a distributed pipeline to generate high quality targeted genome assemblies for VNTR and STR regions of the bonobo reference genome.
