• I spearheaded the design of Nielsen’s first Mobile Diary web app, which will replace 1.5 million paper diaries being sent out annually. The Mobile Diary is expected to save $6.4 million operational cost.

• Led the design of the alpha phase Nielsen ONE Content (TV content viewership measurement reports) that has 70 enterprise users from 12 media companies including Disney and Sony Pictures Television.

• Standardized design patterns for 5 Nielsen ONE applications to create a coherent media buy & sell experience across the ecosystem, enabling stronger subscription-upsell opportunities.

• Contributed to Figma components library and design templates to enrich Nielsen’s Unity Design System that serves 10 designers.

• Enhanced Nielsen’s Audio Meter Companion App (iOS & Android) which ensures effective data gathering from 41k U.S. panelists.

• I led the end-to-end design of Content Catalog (“CC”, an internal media asset management web app), improving productivity for 120 content sales users across London, Amsterdam, NYC and Singapore.

• Conducted in-depth research of the content sales workflow that relies on 4 legacy metadata systems across 7 TV media brands to address complex design requests from CC stakeholders.

• Established and maintained a Sketch Design Library for the CC team, and assisted engineers creating CSS components library.

• Enhanced the login/registration flow of Paramount+ Streaming App for TV, mobile and tablet.

• I led the research and design of Virani’s responsive e-commerce website; Leveraged insights from user engagement data to enhance Virani’s website homepage and navigation (reduced drop-off rate by 7%).

• Developed seasonal campaign templates to reduce Google Ads cost.
