I build and scale Agentic AI platform for industrial enterprises, where autonomous agents don’t just assist users but execute workflows, coordinate across systems, and drive real operational outcomes. My focus is on translating messy, real-world problems into AI systems that can reason, act, and continuously improve.

I bring 8+ years of experience across AI, IoT, and automation, working end-to-end from product discovery to production at scale. I’ve led products spanning digital workers for supply chain and field service, GenAI systems for unstructured data understanding, and IoT-driven predictive maintenance built on embedded telemetry and asset data.

From a technical AI product management standpoint, my work consistently involves:

Defining AI system architecture with engineering: model selection vs rule systems, agent orchestration, tool calling, memory, and human-in-the-loop controls

Designing agent behaviors: triggers, skills, decision boundaries, confidence thresholds, fallback logic, and exception handling

Owning data strategy: training data sources, labeling approaches, feedback loops, accuracy metrics, and model evaluation in production

Driving LLM and ML use cases: NLP, document understanding, reasoning workflows, and decision support tied to business KPIs

Managing enterprise constraints: security, permissions, auditability, explainability, latency, and scalability across ERP/EAM and cloud integrations

Measuring business impact: automation rate, cycle time reduction, accuracy, cost savings, and adoption at workflow level

What motivates me is systems thinking. I care deeply about how data flows, where decisions break down, and how AI can remove cognitive and operational load from teams. I push for products that are technically sound, operationally realistic, and commercially meaningful.
