Greetings, fellow tech enthusiasts! 👋 I am Rushabh Gandhi, a Data Analyst now, and I previously worked as an Angular Developer for over 4 years, transforming complex interfaces into simplistic designs.  

During my engineering career, I built interfaces that solved problems, optimized systems, and captured user requirements, turning them into intelligent, scalable solutions.  

In my first job, I partnered with the CEO and worked with the executive team to build an MIS system that captured business metrics, along with providing statistical dashboards and visualizations. The tool blended business strategy with data and when integrated into the business, data empowered C suite executives to glance and understand everything at a C-level. It truly opened my eyes to the world of data storytelling and the impact insights can provide.  

I am now taking the leap and pivoting to data analytics, with a new focus on:

I am improving my skills with SQL databases, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau and Power BI to create data products and drive better organizational decisions with data.  

In Excel, I possess advanced skills, and I derive sharp business insights from dashboards. I think in organizational and product terms and utilize empathy and cross stakeholder diplomacy.
