# Rushil Arora > Incoming JLR Hardware and Mechatronics Undergraduate | Integrated Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at the University of Bath. Location: London, England, United Kingdom Profile: https://flows.cv/rushil ## Work Experience ### Composites Engineer @ Team Bath Racing Electric Jan 2024 – Present • Team member of the Vehicle Dynamics and Composites sub teams where I undertake designing of suspension assembly components using Inventor and conducting research tasks as well as manufacturing composite components (both structural and aerodynamic) from the making of a mould to the finishing and testing of the final manufactured component. • Exposed me to the process through which projects of this scale work and how to successfully integrate myself into the design and manufacture process to maximise my involvement through processes such as FEA and producing engineering drawings. • Allowed me to participate in structural component testing, highlighting the value of lab tests in improving car performance. ### Engineer @ Bath Zero Jan 2024 – Present • Active member of the steering and brake sub systems vertical, where I am directly learning and applying knowledge about motorbike dynamics and how systems are optimised within a two-wheeler for improved handling and stability. • Continued contribution to the general assembly of the bike within the Inventor module to help produce a final stage design before manufacture begins. • Proud to be a member of an agile and active team who come from varying engineering disciplines and with common objectives ### AI Prompt Engineer @ Paragon DCX Jan 2025 – Jan 2025 Responsible for creating internal chatbots to aid with HR systems and the design and build process within the business. Overcame major technical difficulties around integration and adoption between third party systems and the chatbots. Demonstrated the chatbots to clients aiding in winning business for the company. ### Inspiring Engineers Scheme @ Mott MacDonald Jan 2022 – Jan 2023 • As the Project Manager, I led the team to develop a heavy machinery solution in response to a natural disaster. Our approach required consultation with other sub-teams to ensure a cohesive and effective rescue response that addressed their needs. • Our team conducted research to establish fundamental design requirements, leading to the creation of initial designs. From these, we selected the design that best met the criteria, for which we developed a prototype and final report. This process involved using Fusion 360 and operating equipment such as the laser cutter and hand tools. • Showcased our professionally researched solution to a panel of senior engineers at a prestigious design event, ultimately earning the accolade for the most innovative design solution, after which the project was then awarded a Gold CREST Award. • I have honed skills such as adhering to team deadlines, delivering presentations to audiences, responding to questions professionally and conducting workshops. ### Work Experience @ Paragon DCX Jan 2022 – Jan 2022 • Observed and completed tasks in various departments including Client Services, Analytics, Creative, and Email Campaigns. • Independently created designs from the client brief using campaign tools and deliverables were included into the live runs. • I delved into the world of business operations, where I crafted unique ESG icons for clients and fostered strong client relationships through engaging outreach programmes. ## Education ### Master of Engineering - MEng in Integrated Mechanical and Electrical Engineering University of Bath ### Wilson's School ## Contact & Social - LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/rushil-arora --- Source: https://flows.cv/rushil JSON Resume: https://flows.cv/rushil/resume.json Last updated: 2026-04-05
