Owned pricing strategy and operations for the $700M refinish business. Led a team of analysts.

I led the rollout of a $3M+ pricing analytics system across APAC and unified fragmented data systems into a consistent structure for cross-regional analysis. Built the APAC pricing system pilot and drove its adoption as the global template.

I also deployed Salesforce commercial apps, programmed M-language data pipelines for mobile analytics, and trained deep learning classifiers for the SAP analytics transformation.

As a standalone company after DuPont carve-out, I worked with the region president to build a new five-year business strategy and consolidate APAC and MENA. Delivered financial analyses for regional matters, i.e. M&A due diligence and capex business cases.
