Became the backend technical lead on the Enterprise Services team. Lead discussions on how to improve the service's architecture and became a leading voice in improving company work flows.

Worked closely with Product, UX and other stakeholders to review requirements and dive into the What and Why behind feature requests to better understand the How.

Spearheaded the operational excellence (logging, monitoring, alerting and testing) portion of an enterprise logistics service to get it ready for GA. Contributed to architecture and design meetings as well as leading the development of some features. Took it upon myself to deeply understand all parts of the product and quickly became the "go-to guy" for functional questions.

Successfully trained the rest of the team to become capable on call members of an older service.

Migrated a legacy OTP validation service (YubiCloud) from a bare metal implementation to a highly scalable architecture with operational excellence and redundancy.

Developed a test suite using BDT (in the form of Python's Behave framework) for the YubiHSM, including: - ansible scripts to automate test environment provisioning

Conducted testing and debugging to isolate and identify new firmware/hardware issues for the YubiKey.

Built the backend API for a self-serviced URL shortener webapp
