# Ryan Bahm > Product Designer shaping fan, athlete, and consumer experiences | Music tech, cycling, and large-scale consumer apps | Built first-of-its-kind second-screen product | Fortune 500 retailer, Coda Collection, Specialized Location: San Francisco, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/ryanbahm Design has taken me to some wildly unexpected places. I’ve helped launch a first-of-its-kind music product alongside the almighty Metallica, worked with one of the most iconic cycling brands in the world, art directed and scripted a promotional campaign with three-time world champion Peter Sagan, and now help shape consumer experiences used by millions through my work at the No. 1 Fortune 500 retail giant. I’m a Product Designer who gravitates toward the intersection of technology, storytelling, and culture. And I have the lived experiences to back that up. I grew up in punk and skateboarding communities where DIY creativity and collaboration were everything. That environment sparked an enterprising spirit and an instinct to make things myself, figure things out, and help others do the same. It still informs how I work today: stay curious, untangle problems creatively, and build things people genuinely care about with people who genuinely care. Over the past decade, I’ve designed and launched products across music technology, sports, e-commerce, and large-scale consumer platforms. Some of that work has lived in fast-moving startups and product development from concept to launch. Other projects have focused on design systems and cross-platform experiences that quietly support millions of customers every day. Highlights include: • Leading the design of Coda Companion, a first-of-its-kind second-screen experience that synced concert films with real-time stories, artist insights, and merch • Working with artists including Metallica, Billy Talent, and The Lumineers • Designing digital retail experiences for Specialized Bicycles and Roval Components • Art directing and scripting a campaign with cycling legend Peter Sagan • Supporting product design for the No. 1 Fortune 500 retail giant, improving experiences used by millions of customers Outside of design, I’m also a touring musician. That part of my life has sharpened how I collaborate, communicate, and think about audience experience. Whether the audience is fans in a venue or customers using a product, the goal is the same: create something meaningful, intuitive, and memorable. And trust me, if I can get two punk bands aligned for a two-week coastal tour, I can do just about anything. I want to continue building products in music, sports, creator tools, and culture-driven technology. ## Work Experience ### UX Lead @ MOJO Jan 2024 – Present | San Francisco Bay Area ### Senior UX/UI Designer @ The Coda Collection Jan 2021 – Jan 2024 | Remote Led design initiatives across platforms to align with our mission of connecting fans to artists through immersive music storytelling.
