I'm especially interested in open-source work and the web, both from a product and infra standpoint. I currently work on creator tools at Meta, and previously worked on the Curiosity rover team at NASA and at a few Boston startups. I graduated last year from Northeastern University, where I founded a software consultancy for students (Sandbox) and received the Undergraduate Community Service Award at graduation. Working on beginning the transition from founders to students to ensure longevity. ### Executive Director & Co-founder @ Sandbox at Northeastern Jan 2018 – Jan 2020 Sandbox is Northeastern's student-led software consultancy. We deploy teams of students to build software that benefits Northeastern's academic researchers, students, and faculty. I worked directly with Sandbox members, Northeastern staff, and researchers to pave the way for Sandbox to grow and expand, both in membership and breadth of work. With a focus on branding, identity, and outreach, I ensured that Sandbox is consistently adapting to feedback and trying out new ideas. I helped establish the culture that will lead Sandbox on to be an important part of many students' college experiences in the future. Some tangible accomplishments: - Grew the organization from 3 to 40 members, 1 to 7 software projects - Secured school-external funding for launch year - Received Jelly Incubation Fund grant for second year - Partnered with AWS to provide credits to software projects at Northeastern - Led two software projects across two separate semesters, each with a team of 4 developers, for Northeastern researchers - Organized an event which educated over 80 students on how to get started with personal coding projects - Set up and presented to an advisory board to ensure that the organization stays around after the founding group graduates ### Software Engineer Intern @ Meta Jan 2021 – Jan 2021 Worked on Creator Studio within Facebook product. ### Software Engineering Co-op @ Klaviyo Jan 2021 – Jan 2021 ### Software Engineer Intern @ Meta Jan 2020 – Jan 2020 Work within Fundamental AI Research organization.
