• Contributed to a major modernization initiative by replacing a legacy internal provisioning workflow, enabling expanded functionality along with improved reliability and performance.

• Led the full lifecycle integration of a new third-party payment processor, serving as the primary technical contact and coordinating across internal marketing, customer care, and external vendor teams.
• Developed both the backend API and frontend UI components using C#, .NET Framework 4.8, .NET 8, and .NET 4.5.2, ensuring seamless communication between internal systems and the provider’s platform.
• Conducted and managed comprehensive internal QA and acceptance testing, validating system reliability, security, and user experience before production rollout.
• Expanded the e-commerce platform’s capabilities by enabling new payment methods, improved payment success rates, and support for online product sales, directly enhancing customer experience and revenue potential.
