Technical lead for a Caltrans-funded project assessing the potential use of probe data for enhanced traffic information quality in California.  Responsibilities also include traffic database management, educating others on how to use the Mobile Millennium traffic information system, and directing CCIT's future cloud computing/storage long-term plan.

### Graduate Student Researcher @ California Center for Innovative Transportation

Primary architect and developer of the Mobile Millennium traffic information system.  Developed a platform for accessing traffic data mapped to the road network enabling researchers to easily build traffic estimation algorithms.  Built several algorithms for estimating arterial traffic using sparse probe data.
