Key member of a tight-knit team tasked with transforming Delphix from being top-down, engineering-driven, and experience-last to practicing a user-first, design-driven, experience-led approach. Lead multi-year design initiative to transform a suite of aging, on-prem B2B software with a UI built in Adobe Flash into a modern and secure cloud service. This included a robust permission system for SaaS, a self-service application for developers, and a complete reworking of the existing data virtualization UI.
