Hello!

I was born in India, but grew up in upstate NY where I attended high school (Clifton Park) and where I eventually attended college (Troy). Despite living in the northeastern US my entire life, one thing I've never conquered about the area is the winters here, given that I'm not the biggest fan of the cold. Nevertheless, I'm resolved to learn how to enjoy the climate. Maybe I'll be learning to ski this year.

My most recent position with Lockheed Martin had me working primarily with embedded systems, which was super exciting. It had inspired me to create my own personal projects in a similar vein. I made a small webapp in Python to track the moisture levels of our houseplants when we were away using only a Raspberry Pi and I have plans to eventually turn the project into a fully automated hydroponics tower. 

I love to learn new aspects and specializations in my field and to that end I am looking for opportunities that will help me expand my skills beyond my current skillset.
