Provided technical solutions using Planisware’s portfolio management software to various clients including Johnson & Johnson, CAE, and Apotex. Supported IT teams, business analysts, and project managers by troubleshooting technical problems with their software configurations, designing new features according to complex business requirements, and providing training as needed. Scripting done using Javascript, BASH, and SQL.

Taught 5 course sections, 16.0 total credits, and over 170 total students over the course of 4 semesters. Responsible for writing and delivering lectures, assigning weekly homework and quizzes, holding office hours, and leading additional exam review sessions.
