When I joined, Trimble Unity Maintain had only a basic MVP calendar for tasks—but customers found it confusing and unlike a real calendar. This made it difficult to see when tasks were scheduled, while competitors offered far better solutions. To understand the root problem, I spoke with customers about how they managed tasks, then used AI to spot patterns in their feedback. After prototyping and testing, I worked with the team to adapt a 3rd-party library. Six months later, we launched a task calendar customers loved—closing a key competitive gap.

As the first and only designer at Struxhub, I partnered closely with the CEO to shape the product from the ground up. I introduced a scalable design system, streamlined onboarding for multi-level projects, and created a QR-based badge system that cut authentication time dramatically. Beyond design execution, I facilitated adoption through workshops and helped bring consistency and clarity to a fast-moving early-stage startup.

At Fieldwire, I worked on web and mobile tools used across millions of construction projects worldwide. My focus was on solving real pain points, from making location tagging effortless to enabling faster search across massive sets of drawings. I also led the design of new workflows like specifications management, which saw rapid adoption and expanded the platform’s role in project management.

At Nulab, I redesigned the mobile experience for Backlog, elevating app ratings from under three stars to 4.6 while doubling usage. I also tackled collaboration in Cacoo, simplifying sharing and boosting team adoption. Working on tools used by millions across 190+ countries, I learned how to balance usability, visual clarity, and global scale in product design.

At Bluecore, I focused on giving sales teams the tools they needed to succeed. By redesigning an internal dashboard to surface real-time performance data, I helped unlock a 28% boost in sales.
