Grew and led Product, Growth and Marketing Design teams to drive innovative products and features that have helped Quantcast's customers achieve their advertising and marketing goals; developing and implementing effective user acquisition and retention strategies, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize user experiences across all touchpoints.

・ Built, coached and led a high-performance product design team. Following a data-informed approach, we explored new strategies, with many stakeholders in the company, for bringing in more content and information into the system.

・ Created a single design language and UI framework for the platform.

・ Shipped a major platform redesign, UI/UX improvements across iOS, Android, mobile and web.
