Over the past 4+ years at Mihup, I’ve worked on scaling Voice AI products, collaborating closely with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to simplify high-volume, data-heavy workflows for enterprise use. Owned design of a large-scale conversational AI system, covering post-call analysis → real-time guidance → automation. 2. Defined and scaled QA evaluation frameworks, enabling structured, consistent analysis across high-volume call center operations. 3. Led design of the Virtual Interaction Analyst, transforming unstructured voice data into actionable insights and workflows which improved operational efficiency by 50%, CSAT by 25%, and compliance by 42%. 4. Designed Agent Assist, delivering real-time AI guidance during live conversations to improve resolution quality, quicker onboarding, and reduce errors. 5. Contributed to Automated Virtual Agent, enabling 1B+ voice interactions across 300,000+ vehicles in 25+ languages. 6. Led design sprints, critiques, and cross-functional alignment across product teams. ### Product Designer @ Mihup Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 | Gurugram Contributed to redesigning Mihup’s Voice AI product line, focusing on interaction models, usability, and early system foundations. 1. Designed early versions of interaction analytics and QA workflows for call center environments. 2. Worked on foundational versions of the Automated Virtual Agent, used by enterprises like Tata Motors and Maruti Suzuki, enabling voice-driven interactions in embedded systems. 3. Improved usability of data-heavy interfaces, enabling faster navigation and decision-making. 4. Collaborated closely with engineering to ensure feasible, scalable design implementations. 5. Built foundational UX patterns that scaled into later platform capabilities (analytics, assist, automation). ### Product Designer - Internshala Trainings @ Internshala Jan 2018 – Jan 2020 | Gurugram, Haryana, India 1. UX and enrolment rate improvement project: Primary focus on UX improvement by user profiling, robust information architecture, better UX writing, and running user analysis with an ongoing tracking mechanism in place to enhance the user experience, one experiment a time. As a result, it led to a 12% increase in training completion rate and a 7% increase in the enrolment/payment rate. Extensively collaborated with data scientists, marketing managers, and product managers. Some projects are mentioned below. i) Learning Management System revamp and Progress tracker: Key player in ideating and tweaking UX and UI (design) to improve the user experience while going through a course/training to reduce cognitive load. The implementation helped users understand the platform better with a proper and effective progress tracker mechanism, which lead to an increased number of students enrolled to complete the training successfully. ii) Machine Learning Specialization page: This was our first ever training with a higher ticket price which drove a substantial amount of our revenue and inspired us to overhaul our existing signup pages. Led this project with 2 people, a product manager, and a marketing manager. ### Product Designer - Internship Platform @ Internshala Jan 2017 – Jan 2018 | Gurugram, Haryana, India 1. Acquisition Campaign: Involved in UX & interface design of campaigns which lead to an increase in the number of students enrolled during a campaign. Key campaigns are generation below - i) Intern with Icon: An initiative for students to work with famous personalities like Gul Panag, Dualist Inquiry, H.C Verma, AR Rahman to name a few. Designed signup pages to drive focus on MVPs of the campaign on the first fold with a robust rewarded referral campaign to drive user engagement. As a result, there was approx. 20% spike in acquiring new users. ii) Big brands: This initiative enabled students to apply for big companies like Puma, Boat, Lenovo, HCL, Uber, etc. This campaign brought in the highest ever new user engagement which later was overtaken by the Greatest internship ever campaign. I played a key role in designing the UX and UI of this page iii) Greatest internship ever: Lead a team of UI/UX developers (Designing, ideation, & execution) to design our first offbeat traveling centric internship campaign. This campaign currently sets a bar for highest ever traffic, user engagement, & student acquisition to date. 2. Brand collaboration campaigns: These campaigns were focussed on collaborating with different companies to increase engagement of the product. Some of them are mentioned below. i) Internshala x Xiaomi: Lead the design team along with content writers to design banner images for Learn with MI campaign's articles written for the MI community app. This led to increased enrolment rate on the training platform ii) India employed in collaboration with Facebook India: Designed UX with an in-depth analysis of the user base which enabled 20,000+ users with a full-time job opportunity. 3. UX Enhancement of Employer authentication module: This self-initiated project involved the overhauling of UX & improved UX writing to help users navigate easily, which led to a better experience as it reduced the customer service queries by a substantial amount. ### Graphic Designer @ Internshala Jan 2017 – Jan 2017 | Gurugram, Haryana, India 1. Social media topicals: Played a key role in designing and co-copywriting for social media topicals and campaign promotions primarily for Instagram and Facebook. With quick topicals and catchy content, the engagement was of posts were increased by approx. 30% with average likes of 250 per post. 2. Print media and merchandizing: Spearheaded the branding content team for building posters, pamphlets, print ads, etc. for events. To increase engagement in contests, took the responsibility of designing customized certificates and official merchandize like diaries, T-shirts, etc. 3.UX PoCs: Revamped dedicated signup pages for student partners, employers and played a key role in UX and UI fixes on the existing internship platform ## Education ### Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.)
