Searchable list page template became foundational to navigation. • Worked closely with C-level & leadership teams to lay groundwork for a workplace transformation product now in development. Influenced a user-centered approach through Design Thinking and storytelling. ### UX Design Specialist - SAP AppHaus @ SAP Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 • Led research and design for a machine learning product improving academic advising for >1k students in a Top 5 MBA program. • Designed an inventory hub that provides essential visibility into 24k sales orders per month for a $5 billion Automotive company. • Created end-to-end mining and segmentation product for CMI Crystal Ball, vital to SAP’s sales targeting and demand generation. ### UX Designer - SAP SuccessFactors @ SAP Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 • Led designs across web and native platforms for linking Feedback and the Goals product areas, allowing users to easily show growth to managers. • Developed mobile design guidelines including overhaul of all icon designs, spacing, and sizing, and internal Fiori Moment standards. • Owned responsive desktop wireframes for Continuous Performance Management redesign of Meeting View; presented to stakeholders such as BBC. • Delivered visual specs to engineering on Zeplin. ### UX Designer - SAP Ariba Network @ SAP Jan 2020 – Jan 2020 | Palo Alto, California • Delivered mobile registration flows and high-fidelity wireframes with the lead designer for the Ariba Supplier app. Owned tablet design files. • Conducted QA testing on mobile and tablet devices for the Supplier app. Discovered bugs in visual design and VoiceOver accessibility. • Designed all-new framework allowing buyers customize forms for suppliers. Iterated with PMs and developers globally; project now in development. • Moderated user testing sessions for customization framework ### UX Designer @ Shearless Jan 2019 – Jan 2019 | Chapel Hill Shearless was a venture I co-founded after winning the 2019 UNC Makeathon and gaining residency at Launch Chapel Hill in 2019.
