•Designed, implemented and owned AutomatedNegotiationPlanner(ANP) Component in Always-On-
Negotiations program which processes an average of 500K Opportunities daily leading to an
improvement of 200 MM/yr in Amazon’s Retail profitability.
•Built Amazon Profit Coach(APC) tool which helps improve profitability and preserve selection by
diagnosing unprofitable ASIN’s and guiding Vendor Managers in implementation remedial actions at
scale. Improved adoption rate of the tool by 30% by adding multiple features including workflow
assignment, emitting notifications and automating actions.
•Developed a Goal Management System which enables Vendor Managers in Amazon Retail to review,
adjust and finalize Goals for Annual Vendor Negotiation (AVN) cycle achieving 20 FTE annual savings.
•Implemented a microservice serving 100 TPS supporting flexible search feature susing a CQRS design composed of DynamoDB, Open search and SQS.
•Enhanced system reliability with 40% increase in code coverage and streamlined deployments, reducing overhead by 2 days/month through CI/CD automation.
•Simplified financial data ingestion pipelines by reducing 5+ AWS infra components leading to 50K annualized savings infrastructure costs.
