 Worked on developing the end-to-end backend service leveraging Java, Spring, native AWS technologies by creating scalable APIs to manage the intricate business logic underpinning the validation and provision of targeted suggestions based on the search keywords. Integrated with Amazon Search, this backend NAWS service empowered customer’s product search journey.

 Drove the experiments for Amazon’s Detail Page offer incentives to convert A.com customers to Amazon Business customers.

 Developed CX modules as customer ingress points on Amazon’s detail pages for showing third party merchant partners rewards program deals and marketing offers for both core and prime customers.

 Led the development and deployment of multiple features E2E, starting from analyzing business and system requirements, upstream and downstream dependencies, creating service infrastructure, implementing business logic, unit testing, load testing, configuring alarms and metrics to setting up monitoring dashboards.
