These days I'm designing enterprise workflow tools for a major entertainment company and doing conversion-focused UX for Golf Ranch, where I drove 4× membership growth and a 25% organic traffic lift.

Designing internal enterprise tools at Inkwell — dashboards and workflow interfaces that help large organizations move faster and reduce operational friction. Working across the full design process: research, information architecture, and high-fidelity UI.

### Product Designer — UX & Growth @ Golf Ranch
Jan 2025 – Present
Designed and launched golfranch.com — the lead-gen platform for a fast-growing golf franchise. Drove a 25% organic traffic increase through a full SEO overhaul across 6 locations. Increased membership signups 4× through conversion optimization, A/B testing, and UX improvements. Built on Webflow with full GA4 and GTM implementation.

### Founder & Brand Designer @ Brown Barista Coffee
Jan 2023 – Jan 2025
I took two years to build something from scratch. Designed the full brand identity — logo, type system, packaging, and a visual language that scaled across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. 

Grew the brand to 400K+ followers, built an e-commerce site, and landed paid partnerships with major coffee brands. It taught me things about audience, growth, and product-market fit that you can't learn in a design sprint!

### Product Designer @ Flo Recruit
Jan 2023 – Jan 2023
Designed and launched the candidate portal for Flo Recruit — a 0→1 product that contributed to $1M in revenue within 4 months of launch.

Built the full candidate dashboard and onboarding experience from scratch, partnering with PMs to define user flows, prioritize high-impact UI improvements, and align design with product growth goals. Deployed across top law firms nationwide.

### Senior Product Designer @ Evernote

Led the end-to-end redesign of Evernote's iOS, Android, and iPad apps — serving 8M+ monthly active users across one of the most-used productivity platforms in the world.

Built a mobile design system from scratch with 240+ components, creating a single source of truth that unified the product across platforms and accelerated engineering handoff. Partnered with the mobile PM to shape the roadmap, presented design strategy to executive leadership, and mentored junior designers.

Owned the full design process: research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and shipping — across a 5-year tenure at the company.
